Q: How does the bill pay work?
A: Once your payment is received a check is printed, placed into a barcoded envelope, and then hand carried to the city office.

Q: Is this safe?
A: Yes. You have the same protection as if you used your credit card at a store or online. The payment is tracked and time stamped by a barcode scanner at every step. The system will send you an E-mail letting you know where your payment is, even when it has been deposited.
